Programming comes in fresh every week. You will be working in 12 week blocks of training, each with a specific focus. This means everyone is doing the same programming so you can share your wins or ask questions about exercises in the group. We have a WhatsApp community which we actively participate in and share nutritional advice and new research or ideas we find interesting and also recipes. We have you covered for whatever you are trying to achieve so get on board, we know you’re going to love it.
